Staff was super friendly and helpful with everything. They arrange tours for you. Location is great - just a few minutes by foot to night market, pub and lots of restaurants.
The beds were a bit hard. Most annoying were the doors: they were really loud and quite hard to close, especially the bathroom door, so when someone entered or left you would easily wake up.

The hostel offered a decent buffet breakfast and provided clean towels daily. it was conveniently located close to all the holiday festivities and nightlife. The staff was helpful when we needed recommendations for restaurants and attractions.
The rooms were quite small and not well-lit. The shared bathrooms were not very clean nor well-maintained, which was a disappointment.

The two complementary beers upon arrival were a nice touch, and the location was pretty convenient as it was close to a supermarket and within walking distance to the main attractions. the staff were also friendly and accommodating.
The noise from the construction site next door was unbearable, especially during the Christmas season when we were hoping to rest. the pool also turned out to be smaller than expected, and the breakfast options were very basic.
